Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Synergaid platform ("Service"), operated by Synergaid Pty Ltd (ABN 63 682 263 001), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Synergaid is an AI application builder that enables users to create forms, AI prompts, and logic workflows to automate tasks. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with credit-based usage.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

4. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with 25 app run credits. No credit card is required for the trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

Additional credits may be purchased as one-time credit packs. Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
  • Transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others

7. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain ownership of all content, data, and applications you create using the Service. You grant Synergaid a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the Service.

Our platform: The Service, its design, code, and branding are the intellectual property of Synergaid Pty Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

9. Shared Content

You may share apps you create with third parties via share links. When you share an app:

  • You are solely responsible for the content and functionality of apps you share
  • Shared app runs consume credits from your workspace
  • You must ensure shared content does not violate applicable laws or these Terms
  • Synergaid is not responsible for how third parties use outputs from your shared apps

10. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content based on your inputs. AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies or errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and using any AI-generated content. Synergaid makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI outputs for any purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Synergaid Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Synergaid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
